14 month update

I'm developing by leaps and bounds!

Things I am eating:

For breakfast:

• Oatmeal with Banana and Cinnamon
• Scrambled eggs with zucchini or cheddar cheese
• Greek yogurt with honey
• Cottage Cheese with Fruit

For Lunch or Dinner

• Mommy and Daddy's leftover Chicken Curry (or Tikka Masala)
• Chicken Rice with ginger and garlic
• Carrots/Kale/Zucchini/Broccoli with chicken, pork or beef
• Spaghetti with ground meat and tomato sauce
• Tofu with ground pork and scallions
• Quinoa and veggie
• Mommy and Daddy's leftover dinner

For Snacks:

• Green puffs ( my favorite)
• All kinds of cheese (swiss/cheddar/monterey/colby/mozzarella)
• Grapes
• Apple
• Banana
• Yogurt
• Red Beet fruit chews

I love puffs so much that I like to feed Mommy and Daddy. But I don't think they like it as much as  I do.

I learned to drink from my sippy cup!  I drink 6-8oz from my Pur bottle in the morning and before I go to bed.   But throughout the day, I get water and milk from my sippy cup at daycare.

Mommy calls feeding me an "ordeal."  I admit...She puts plastic under my high chair because she hates cleaning food off the floor. I can get a little overzealous. I like to throw my food on the floor, at Mommy, at the wall.... sometimes i like to hide it my high chair, my hair, ears..... And sometimes I cant decide whether I want to use my spoon, two spoons, or just my hands.  And yes... I can get emotional. 

My bedtime now is 8:30pm.   I am waking up usually at 6:45am. But I usually like lay around for about 20 minutes talking to myself and chewing on my blanket before I get out of my crib.

Daddy's old coworkers got me this great chair! I hated it as a baby but now that I can finally sit in it like a big boy! I love it!!!  I like to climb all over it with Elmo and Robot (not pictured) and hide behind it, and throw things over the side of it.

This chair is a lot more versatile than I originally thought!

Daddy set up Mommy's piano. I think its the neatest thing ever!!! I love pressing the keys and playing with the volume!
I can walk.. But I just choose not to.

I took my first steps about a week ago while I was watching football and pretending to eat something with Daddy.  Daddy pushed my chair away and i took a few steps back to it.  I can walk. I just choose not to.  Crawling is much better. What can i say?  I am risk-averse.
