These are the photos Mommy submitted. They required one of me and Mommy.
And one of me in diapers
The casting call was at Aqua Studios on West 27th Street and the casting agency running the casting call was Donna Grossman (according to Mommy's actress friend, a well-reputed one! Yes i know the word reputed!).
Mommy was worried that she would be stuck waiting around for hours with a zillion other moms and babies but this casting call was so organized, professional, and civilized! There were maybe 10 other moms and babies in the waiting area. Apparently it was an Asian casting call! Almost every other mommy and baby there was of Asian descent - Korean, Indian, Chinese... There were babies as young as 5 months old and as old as two years old.
Some babies were having complete meltdowns. I was getting restless so Mommy put my red shoes on and walked me around the waiting room. I tried to say hi to this other mixed baby but he tried to kick me! The competition is fierce!
Then they called my name and mommy had to strip me down to my diaper. But I wanted to keep walking!!! I hate it when Mommy stops walking me!!! I wish she would just walk me forever!!! So i just started throwing a temper tantrum. Mommy managed to strip me down to my diaper somehow.
Then they called me in. And the minute I saw the camera, I relaxed... and smiled.
They took pics of me and Mommy, me kissing Mommy, me playing with Mommy. Then the "Baby Specialist" (the woman in charge of making funny faces at me) asked Mommy to put me down so that I would crawl. But when she put me down on the ground, I thought Mommy was going to leave me there so I lost it!! And started crying.
I quickly recovered when the Baby Specialist pulled out a yellow rubber ducky. Then i crawled to it, gave it to Mommy with a big smile! I heard the casting people say "Look at the way his smile curves up!", "He's perfect! He's beautiful!" as the camera clicked away.
Mommy said that they probably say that to all the babies. After another 5 minutes of shooting, we were done! Easy peasy!!
Mommy got me dressed and then carried me down to the street. I didnt want to go in the stroller so I made Mommy carry me 3 cross town blocks while she also pushed my stroller. She'll probably thank me later for those muscles she's building up in her arms!
So I guess we'll wait and see if we hear back. If not, it was a fun experience anyways! (Mommy and Daddy don't let me wear Pampers diapers anyways bc they are full of unhealthy chemicals -- but Mommy didnt say anything about this to the casting people or when she put a Pampers diaper on me for the photo shoot.)

Maxwell sounds like a little ham :) Hope you get picked!!!!
